Focus on: Carrara Mosaic
Carrara Marble is quarried in the Alpine Region of Northern Italy and is the most recognisable and famous marble around the world. Typical Carrara Marble displays a white/pale grey body with subtle clouding, banding, and veining.
There are many variants of Carrara, including the stark white and heavy banding of Calcatta Statuario, the beige/gold inclusions of Calacatta Oro, and the nearly all grey Bardiglio.
